"I am the vine, you are the branches; the one who remains in Me, and I in him bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing." - John 15:5
Our main teacher for many years was Haskell Stone. Haskell was a Jewish follower of Jesus who began teaching in the Hebrew-Christian Church in Detroit as well as various home Bible studies. He also taught in parks during the 60s and 70s. Haskell studied theology at Fuller Seminary in the 1950s, worked for a time as director of manpower for the City of Detroit, and taught philosophy at several local colleges and universities.
Below you can find a sampling of his teachings - some Sunday sermons, others Bible studies or other types of discussions (sometimes outside the context of the Northwest Fellowship). Please note that the recordings have been digitized from cassette tape, so the audio quality is rarely ideal. Also, many of the recordings are incomplete in the sense that they were stopped or ran out shortly before the teaching or meeting came to a close.
